• Prompts entered for site, system, or video generation

• Service Provision: creation and management of your account, generation of your sites, systems, and videos via our AI builders
• Contract Management : billing, tracking of credit purchases, customer support

Your personal data is intended for authorized internal services of B-Smart Builder. It may also be transmitted to technical subcontractors acting on our behalf, in strict compliance with GDPR:

• OVHcloud (France) — server hosting
• Mailjet (France) — transactional email sending
• OpenAI & Anthropic — AI model providers (anonymized prompts)
• Sentry — technical error monitoring

Each subcontractor is bound by a contract compliant with Article 28 of GDPR guaranteeing the protection of your data.

8Transfers outside the European Union

Some of our subcontractors (notably American AI model providers) may process your data outside the EU. These transfers are governed by the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission or by an adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework for the United States).

We systematically ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place before any international data transfer.

• Password storage with Argon2 algorithm
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) available for all accounts
• Daily encrypted backups hosted in France
• Regular security audits and annual penetration testing
• Ongoing training of our teams on data protection

In the event of a data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, you will be informed as soon as possible in accordance with Article 34 of the GDPR.
